Willow Smith Dyes Her Hair Neon Yellow

   11 year old singer Willow Smith was spotted in L.A this weekend sporting a neon yellow buzz cut.
            
In February Willow's fans were shocked when she shaved off her long lock...wonder how they will react to the bright new color?
